The Nigerian President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has taken off the ministerial nomination of Maryam Shetty, a nominee from Kano State.
The Senate President, Godswill Akpabio declared this during plenary on Friday, following a letter from the president.
Shetty was part of the 19 nominees that was sent to the Senate on Wednesday.
Following the fact that her inclusion raged mixed reactions on social media by some Nigerians.
